Refund Policy

Refund Policy:

Here at TUSI Corals, we do not issue full refunds. If for some reason your order, part of your order, or an individual coral does not survive the trip, you will receive a credit towards another order via a gift certificate valid for 6 months from the date of issue. 

There is no refund or credit issued on shipping charges under any circumstances. 

Canceled orders before the items are packed and shipped will be eligible for a refund less a 3% processing fee that we are charged by the processing companies. If an order is canceled after it is packed, but not yet shipped, you will be refunded the total amount less the 3% processing fee plus an additional 20% re stocking fee. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to show up on your statement.
